Fred Kerr, M.S., PAS - Owner
Owner with almost 30 years in animal feed supplement sales, Fred's focus at Pacific Elements is total sales; advertising, marketing, public relations and human resources. Fred has animal science degrees from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, The University of Nevada-Reno; and is a member of the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists.

Kevin Swager, MBA, PAS - Owner - V.P. Sales
Kevin grew up on the family dairy in southern California. He graduated from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in Dairy Science and Agricultural Business and later earned his MBA. Kevin has a passion for the industry and has day to day hands on experience in all phases of production and management.

Dan Cummings – General Manager
Dan was born and raised in the Central Valley of California. He attended the California State University, Stanislaus where he obtained a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. After years of progressive responsibility as an accountant in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, construction, and food industries Dan joined Pacific Elements in December of 2012 as the Corporate Controller. In mid-2013 Dan was promoted to General Manager, in this capacity he is responsible for all aspects of the Company performance. Dan continues to live in the Central Valley with his wife and son.

Vince Cline - Formulations Manager
Graduated from Fresno State 1997 with a BS in Animal Science. Worked at Bioproducts from 1998 to 2000, then 2000 to 2005 for Alltech as a regional account manager. In 2006 Vince started with Pacific Elements. Current responsibilities also include purchasing / sales / formulations and special projects.

Mike Brown – Plant Manager
Mike Brown joined Pacific Elements in July 2013, filling an interim role as the Quality Control Manager while assuming the position of Plant Manager. He took over fully as the Plant Manager in October 2013.
